Veggies! eating more vegetables is the single best thing you can do to improve your health. i have a pretty healthy diet, but it's surprisingly easy to miss out on the 5-7 serves of veggies, especially if you wait til dinner to include them. for example, i could eat a chia pudding for breakfast, eggs on toast for lunch and sushi/sashimi for dinner... and while each of those are healthy in isolation, over the day, that would amount to zero vegetables! so add the spinach, have a side salad & mix up your breakfast options to include some veggies in a smoothie or sautéed with eggs. 🥕💪🏼
