Been so off track this past week, really really struggling to find food to eat and been on my period since monday! (great🙄) i’ve probably gained back the weight i lost last week which i won’t be happy about. but on a side note i got a new phone yesterday and i can feel my jeans getting looser, i have to keep pulling them up which means i must be losing something!! 🎉
Day40!!! i freakin’ made it half way through this thing! 40 days without 🍷🍕, saay whaat?! there have been some days that i contemplated on if i could even do this thing, but today i looked in the mirror and promised myself i wouldn’t give in and i wouldn’t give up, why? because i owe it to me ❤️ being over weight and hating your body is hard, eating right and working out is hard, choose your hard.
