Potatoes are the most well recognised and well loved vegetable around the world. i mean have you ever been to a country and not found potatoes in the vegetable stalls? easily the handiest vegetable to keep in the kitchen. so today mid-week, in the middle of a crazy project and an almost empty fridge, out came my potatoes for this simple quick curry with peas. and of course my secret ingredient - frozen peas! to be had with my frozen healthy chapatis! dinner sorted for tuesday. and oh yes, the almost empty fridge is attributable to the snowy weather over the weekend! #foodie#mylondontales#life#midweekdinner#potatocurry#icook#icookquickandeasy#dinner#instadaily#instafood#instapic#foodlover
