Stay positive. it’s something i focus on and talk about quite often. it’s easier said than done, but once it becomes a habit it’s second nature. even when it’s a habit to stay positive, it’s easy to let negativity creep in. that’s why it’s important to always call yourself out when you feel you are being negative or ranting too much. when you are aware that you are being negative, it’s easy to combat it and stay positive. focus on being positive, but be aware of negativity and squash it.
